The very first thing you should do is familiarize yourself with both the Powûr and the JointheSolution websites. There is an enormous amount of information there.

When you feel that this is really for you, please study the Training materials in the My Training | Tests page of the Backoffice. They guide you through (almost) everything you need to know to get started.

The trainings are in 2 formats:

• A complete Flash version, which is well book-marked, and includes a glossary, index and search function. This is extremely helpful when researching answers.
• Individual PDFs for the modules, which you can print (on both sides!) to read away from the computer. The contents panel and the initial table of Content can orient you in what you are about to read, but are not useful for researching a topic. The PDFs do not get updated as often as the Flash, which is the official source.

The training modules were compiled from information in the resources section, the Knowledge Base and the Forum, as well as new information written especially for the training. They include

• background material about Citizenre, Powûr and REnU and the market
• practical information about the backoffice and other tools
• guidelines and suggestions for marketing
